In order to help the old comrades improve the knowledge related to the scientific response to the fall prevention, on the morning of April 12, the Party Committee of the retired work Office/retired staff invited the staff of Taikang Home Yanyuan Nursing Home to carry out the fall prevention explanation and "a walking stick" public welfare activities to the retired staff over 70 years old in our school。Li Zhenjiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the retired staff/Deputy Director of the retired work Office, Qi Boao, senior manager of Taikang Home Yanyuan, serving staff and more than 60 retired comrades participated in the activity。The event was hosted by the director of the retirement room, Mr. Wong Fujin。

"One Walking Stick" is a public welfare project jointly initiated by Taikang Icai Public Welfare Foundation and China Social Assistance Foundation, aiming to raise the attention of the whole society to the elderly's fall prevention through cane donation, medical science popularization, volunteer service, public welfare advocacy and other forms。

At the event, Qi Botao explained in detail the harm of the elderly falling, as well as how to scientifically and effectively prevent falls in daily life, and demonstrated the use of crutches。
