Mexico is a major country and an important emerging market in Latin America, and China and Mexico are comprehensive strategic partners。During his stay in Mexico, Zhang Jun and his delegation visited the University of Science and Technology of Monterrey, the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the Autonomous Polytechnic Institute of Mexico, signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the National Autonomous University of Mexico, called on Chinese Ambassador to Mexico Zhang Run, and met with representatives from the Mexican overseas Chinese community and business community。

At the Autonomous Polytechnic Institute of Mexico, Zhang Jun had a meeting with Dean Alejandro Hernandez Delgado。The two sides exchanged views and dialogues on scientific research exchanges and cooperation, study programs in China, and special financial programs. They hope to increase mutual visits between teachers and students in the future, jointly hold MBA and EMBA programs, and contribute to enhancing mutual understanding between scholars and students of the two countries。
