On June 4, the national key research and development program "Physical state control" key special project "New two-dimensional electronic material physical state control and neural mimicry device design for brain computer Interface" project was held in Beijing。Professor Sun Linfeng from Beijing Institute of Technology is the project leader, Liu Can from Renmin University of China, Professor Sun Jian from Central South University, Hu Lin and Liu Zhiduo Associate researchers from Beijing Institute of Technology participate in the cooperation。This is the first national key research and development program young scientist project approved by the School of Physics。

The meeting was co-chaired by Professor Sun Linfeng and Professor Yao Yugui, Dean of the School of Physics, Beijing Institute of Technology。Mo Hongshan, director of High Technology Research and Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology，Professor Deng Fang, Vice President, Institute of Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology，More than ten experts from Peking University, Southeast University, Beijing Research Center for Computing Science, Institute of Semiconductors, Institute of Physics, Nankai University, Central South University and Fudan University participated in the meeting。

Prof Deng Fang and Prof Yao Yugui delivered speeches。On behalf of the High-tech Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mo Hongshan highly affirmed the work basis of the project, proposed the difficulty of the project indicators, fully affirmed the overall implementation plan and technical route of the project, and placed high hopes on the organization and implementation of the project and high-quality results。Professor Sun Linfeng made a detailed report on the overall implementation plan and specific cooperation plan of the project。

The advisory group made comments on the implementation of this project。Professor Wei Suhuai from Beijing Computing Science Research Center, Researcher Jin Kuijuan from the Institute of Science and Physics of China, Researcher Tan Pingheng from the Institute of Semiconductor Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Liu Kaihui from Peking University, Professor Ni Zhenhua from Southeast University, Professor Xiang Hongjun from Fudan University, Professor Zhang Dou from Central South University, Professor Xu Wentao from Nankai University and other experts presented their valuable opinions respectively。
