　　Plan to hold international/bilateral academic conferences in 2020，Please refer to the actual situation of the unit，To organize the declaration work of the unit，Before November 15, 2019 (Friday), you will complete the Summary of the Plan of Beijing Institute of Technology to hold International/Bilateral Academic Conferences in 2020 (one copy for each school), the Application Form for Beijing Institute of Technology to Hold International/Bilateral Academic Conferences (comments from the Department of International Exchange and Cooperation above in the form should be filled in) and the request report for the declared conference (1 copy per meeting)，It shall be handed over to the International Exchange and Cooperation Department by the Foreign Affairs Officer of the College。

　　All application materials need to be submitted electronically for archiving. The requirements for submission of electronic documents are as follows:

(2) Naming of the summary table: College name - Summary Table
