　　In order to comprehensively strengthen the construction of the Confucius Institute team and continuously promote the confluent and high-quality development of the Confucius Institute, the selection of the Chinese Director reserve of the Confucius Institute at the University of Lagos is now launched。Notice of relevant matters is as follows:

　　1. Application conditions

　　1.A firm patriot who loves international Chinese education and the work of Confucius Institutes;Law-abiding, strong sense of organization;Loyal to duty, with good professional ethics and dedication;

　　2.Abide by the laws of China and the host country, and understand the national conditions of the host country;Proficient in English or the language of the host country;Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication skills and executive ability;

　　3.Rich experience in international exchange and cooperation;Be familiar with the school situation, be able to undertake the exchange and cooperation work between the school and the universities or institutions in the country (region), and be able to organize and carry out international exchange and cooperation research;

　　4.In principle, no more than 55 years old (inclusive), physical and mental health;

　　5.Have the title of deputy senior or above, or hold the administrative position at the level of deputy director or above;

　　6.Have overseas study or work experience, have a strong ability to adapt to the environment and deal with emergencies。

　　2. Benefits and tenure

　　The treatment and management of the Chinese director of the Confucius Institute while working abroad shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant administrative measures of the State and the university。

　　The term of office of the Chinese president is usually 2-4 years。The probation period is 1 year. At the end of the probation period, the school will assess the student and decide whether to stay on according to the assessment。After 2 years of service, the employment period assessment shall be carried out. Only those who pass the assessment can be renewed。

　　3. Recruitment procedures

　　1.The applicant shall truthfully fill in the Application Form for the Chinese Director of Confucius Institute Reserve of Beijing Institute of Technology, and be approved by the school/department where he/she is located, and then fill in the recommendation and affix the official seal;

　　4.The school shall submit a list of candidates for the Confucius Institute reserve to the relevant institutions;

　　5.Reserve candidates need to participate in pre-job training before taking up the post, and those who pass the training can be dispatched。
