The Teacher Development Center of the Ministry of Physical Education held a special training on "Analysis of the important status of Physical education in the New development Stage"

In order to improve the level of school physical education teaching and research work, strengthen inter-school physical education work exchanges, and promote the career development of teachers in the Department of Physical Education, on the afternoon of March 25, the Teacher Development Center of the Department of Physical Education held the first training since its establishment under the guidance of the school teacher Development Center。The training invited Dr. Liu Chen from the School of Marxism of Beijing Sport University to give a special lecture. The lecture was chaired by Wang Juan, deputy director of the Sports Department. All the teachers of the Sports Department and some high-level sports team members participated in the training。

The theme of the lecture was "Analysis of the important status of sports work in the new development stage". Dr. Liu Chen focused on the important status of sports work in the new development stage from three aspects: strategic direction, task orientation and work needs。From the historical logic and realistic logic, the status of sports in national development and the changing characteristics of sports work are accurately analyzed, the development direction of future sports is defined, and the beautiful blueprint of sports power in the new development stage is painted for the audience。At the same time, he put forward the problems of the development of sports at the present stage on the shortcomings of the strategic role of sports in the new development stage。Finally, Dr. Liu Chen proposed to take university physical education as the breaking point, from the three perspectives of physical education curriculum, physical education personnel training and physical education research, to form a real culture of sports love in society, reverse the public's inherent impression of sports, and contribute to the realization of the goal of sports power。

At the scene, the teachers of the Physical Education Department of our school and Dr. Liu Chen actively interacted and discussed the development of diversified physical education curriculum, the improvement and enrichment of sports community life, the creation of a healthy and all-round development of sports atmosphere, the training of sports talents and the cultivation of ordinary students into deep sports fans。After the lecture, the Sports Department presented a souvenir to Mr. Liu Chen, hoping to take the lecture as an opportunity to further develop cooperation and exchanges with Beijing Sport University。
